THE EASTER

HOLIDAYS?

We've got four brilliant trips out over the Easter Holidays, including ice skating, rock climbing, swimming and an Easter egg challenge day (with loads of eggs to be won!) Every session includes lunch, and the whole session is completely free for anyone on free school meals. If you're not on free school meals, don't worry - it's just £5 per session, to help us cover the cost of the food and activities. All activities are for anyone aged between 11-18, from 11am until about 3pm - but finishing times vary depending on the session.

It's really important to sign up - in other holidays we've been able to let you join in even if you hadn't, but we can only let you join in if you've signed up this time. But, it's really quick and easy to do.

All our sessions are now fully booked! Sorry if you missed out this time, but we will be doing sessions again in the summertime. We also will have our regular sessions restarting shortly.

Just to make you aware, because our funding for this comes from Manchester Council, if you are eligible for Free School Meals you will also need to sign up for this via Manchester Active - we will get in touch for how to do that very soon on the email address you provide. If you've booked on before, you've not had to do this, but the requirements from the council have changed.

Ice Skating

We're going to Planet Ice in Altrincham for a day on the ice - we're leaving from Northern Moor Tram Stop at 11am on Monday 1st April. You don't need a tram ticket, we'll get one for you.

Swimming

We've booked out the whole Wythenshawe Forum swimming baths, just for us - you don't need to be able to swim well, just be up for having a go! We'll have floats and inflatables, and if you're more comfortable swimming in a T-shirt or something like that, that's fine too. We will be leaving from outside St Michael's Hall, Orton Road, M23 0LH at 11am on Tuesday 2nd April

Easter Egg Hunt Challenge

We're taking you to Wythenshawe Park for a series of challenges similar to an Easter Egg hunt, but much more fun! As well as searching for eggs, you'll be doing photo hunts, wide games, and more, with plenty of full-sized Easter eggs for everyone. We will be leaving St Michael's Hall, Orton Road, M23 0LH at 11am on Wednesday 3rd April.

Rock Climbing

We're going to be conquering fears of heights! This session is a little different from the others; the first 25 to sign up will be starting at 11am and the next 25 will be starting at 1pm. Both will include lunch. If you need to be in one group or the other, make sure you let us know on the form. We will be meeting at Rock Over Climbing, Shentonfield Road, M22 4RW on Thursday 4th April.
