We take your child's safety very seriously at our sessions, and that means that when your child is at our sessions, we assume permission for the following:

• To hold relevant information on your child such as emergency contact details, an email address for you, or relevant medical information. You can view our data policy here.

• In some situations, to act in "Loco parentis" - such as in an emergency situation, making the decisions we think are best to help your child. We will always make a reasonable effort to contact you in this situation.

• When a child attends our sessions, in the first instance we will try to get a contact number for you from them. They will be able to join our first session without one, but typically we won't allow them to a second session without it.

• If we run a trip outside of one of our normal sessions, we will always make sure we have your specific permission for that. However, this may not include an "in-session" visit to a local place, such as a local park, if our session finishes back in our usual place.

• We always ask your child to remain with us for our entire session. However, if they decide to leave early, we won't stop them from doing so. If you allow your child to attend our sessions, please ensure that they can be trusted to stay with us, or that you are happy for them to make their own way home.

• We may take photos at some of our sessions and publish these on our website, social media, or other places. If you prefer that your child does not appear in these photos, please contact us.
