THE
PARK PROJECT
WHAT IS IT?
Time to get outdoors and active! Every week, we get out into the park with three different activities. You don't have to join in all of it - just do the activities you're interested in. There will be:
-
A sport or game - could be rounders, football, tag rugby, or a massive game of manhunt.
-
A craft activity - some weeks we'll be painting a plant pot, and others making a collage using natural materials. If it's creative, we'll give it a go!
-
A nature/environment activity - this might be something like planting seeds, or learning to identify different types of insect. We want to understand and appreciate nature and the world around us.
We always have free snacks and drinks too. Come along and have fun!
This session is open to all ages, even those who are normally too young to come to our sessions.

WHEN AND
WHERE?
These sessions are 5pm-7pm at Hollyhedge Park. We usually meet close to the kids play area, which you can get to by the entrance on Hollyhedge Road. If you can't find us, give our project manager Lucy a call on 07550007545.
If the weather is really bad, we might have moved to the nearby local church hall - that's St Luke's Church, Brownley Road, M22 4PT.
WHO CAN COME?
Absolutely anybody of any age. However, if you're coming with children who are much younger and need supervision, we ask that you stay around to supervise.
